If you live in the outback of Australia, one day you will need a heart transplant and you can deliver your heart through a drone.

A new alliance hopes to find a role for drones in providing emergency medical supplies to remote areas.

The Australian Association of Remote Control Aircraft Systems (ARC) consists of eight teams that are interested in the safety, legal and hardware aspects of drones, including international drones and the University of Sydney, last Friday. The two organizations teamed up to launch the Angel drone project.

The group's chairman, Ron Bach, said that first, they planned to carry out tests on drones carrying blood samples. He said: "We have developed a medium-sized drone with an incubator for blood preservation. Provide the proper temperature and other conditions."

This project is also supported by a leading Australian healthcare organization.

Neurosurgeon CharlesTeo said in an interview with ABC: "The drone carrying important blood and transplant organs can start within 12 months. Once the regulations are implemented, I think this is a huge obstacle that we need to jump. Later, We not only transport specimens, but also human tissues, human organs, and even humans themselves."

Mark Puterflam, commercial director of the Aerolens Group's drone operator, said: "There are many planned trials that will begin testing in the North at the end of this year."

Bach said that the angel drone will also try to test near Camden, New South Wales.

Australian Civil Aviation Safety Agency spokesman Peter Gibson said that he has not received any applications for testing. He said: "They have been in contact with us, we will provide them with security and rules support, and will also provide any required approval documents."
