In late March 2018, xiao li and I were assigned to the dustfree workshop to carry out the production task.Dust-free workshop, as the name implies, is pollution-free workshop, in which all processes are strictly implemented.Before entering the dust-free workshop, we must wear the dust-free work clothes, take the shoe cover, hand sterilization treatment.To ensure our ruixue products are safe, hygienic and pollution-free.

When we were ready to enter the workshop, we saw that the assembly line workers were busy one by one, forming a complete production line one by one.Seeing them so busy, the three of us rubbed our hands one by one and wanted to join the big family of production lines to show our strength.

As we watched, the director arranged for us to go to the gauze packing production line.Several of us are working on the packaging of gauze bags today.The packaging of gauze bags, which looks simple, is to put five pieces of gauze into a plastic box and then put them into the machine for packaging treatment.But when we actually did it, we found that it wasn't that simple.Several of our gauze pieces are too slow to keep up with the speed of the machine.So we found a master to solve our problem.Under the guidance of the workshop master, we learned how to select gauze quickly and accurately.

In the course of working, I also understood why we should carry out the series of preparatory work.Our gauze is used for wound care and eye protection.It has to be safe, sterile, and it's a responsibility to the customer.The packing should also be beautiful, generous and accurate.Each product is strictly controlled and screened, and the quality inspector will select the unqualified product and return it to the furnace for remanufacturing, without leaving a defective product for the customer.

Through a day's work in the factory, I learned that we are just a small package of gauze pieces, which are not produced casually.High efficiency production, strict control, we ruixue workshop to treat every product to do, sterile, dustless, pollution-free.Let the customer use the security, use the security.
